Phoneography: night photography

I don’t really like using my phone for night photography; so these two shots of fireworks at the Auckland Museum are exceptions.

Twilight is a different matter however; the iPhone seems to capture shots at this time of day rather splendidly.

All these shots were taken with iPhone 4 and edited with Ultimate Photo Editor Lite.

Thanks to Sally at Lens and Pens by Sally for this week’s Phoneography Monday theme: night photography.

And here are some other night photos that I like:

    • Thank you; the last pic is of a sculpture composed of door and window frames. It’s located at the end of a street that was cut off by a new motorway, and represents the houses lost to “progress.” It’s a lovely piece, especially at twilight because it’s west-facing.
