I don’t watch cooking shows and quite frankly I don’t like cooking much, but I do LOVE food. This looks yummy. A dish like this would be very expensive in a restaurant 🙂

I’m a bit over the sheer number of cooking programmes on TV, but MasterChef NZ is a bit different purely because in such a small country, it’s difficult not to know someone who is taking part. In this series, a friend’s sister was on it and we started watching to see her. But I love to cook and have to share or I’d end up with my own TV programme — Trapped in the Kitchen While the Doorway Gets Widened or something similar.

Surprisingly, not long. A bit of time on prep, and the rest was done while I cooked the risotto. Looked pretty manic but!
