Really beautiful. You didn’t post a song today. Last night while I was scrolling Facebook for a minute I saw to songs back to back that I really enjoyed and I thought of you. Here they are:
Thank you for sending me those links. The Dilworth boys in particular were wonderful. I had trouble thinking of a song that fitted my post, and to be honest, by the time we got home from our trip to Thames/Karangahake, I was too tired to apply my brain to much at all. Thinking about it now, I might have chosen this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7ZwViizRwU π
Thanks Sarah. It was one of those times when I really felt that the camera didn’t even begin to capture the scene that I was seeing. So I’m feeling very grateful to have been there. Nice end to a really lovely day. I hope all is well with you. π
ItΒ΄s such a wonderful photo, and IΒ΄m so glad you shared it with us, Su! π
Everything is back to normal here again, thank you! SummerΒ΄s just started and we enjoy every bit of sunshine we can get here in Berlin – Β΄cause you never know when the next rain comes (well, ok, actually I do, itΒ΄s to be next weekend but that seems like a looong way away right now π ) Hope you feeling all right, too? Keep warm your side of the globe! Have a great week ahead! xoxo
Thanks Sarah. Your description of Berlin weather sounds like Auckland, or Melbourne — the original “four seasons in one day” city. It’s glorious autumn here; cool but not cold, and still sunny (so far). The mornings are wonderfully misty and I’ve even managed to drag myself out of bed early to enjoy them. Hope you have a great week too. xx
Your mornings sound fantastic – IΒ΄m sure thereΒ΄s a lot of picture making potential in them with all that mist π And I admire you greatly for dragging yourself out of bed early – thatΒ΄s something I seldomly manage if not necessary π xoxo
Oh, I want to be there!

I only became a morning person after my son was born. He had absolutely no concept of the “lie-in”!

Thanks Raewyn. It’s years since we’d been to Thames. It was a flying visit, but we really enjoyed it.
