    • Thanks Janet. I cooked a biggish amount of quinoa, and turned the rest into little muffin / frittata type things, with eggs and cheese and black olives. We had those for breakfast yesterday and they were pretty good too.

      It’s a home-cooked lunch, though certainly a bit more “styled” than my normal meals. The weather here is miserable so instead of shopping for food, I’m trying to create interesting dishes out of what’s already in the fridge and pantry.
