🙂 I only discovered roasted beetroot recently and it’s become a favourite. Still like it grated and raw too though.

Love beetroot too! Yummy and healthy! Enjoyed today home-picked garlic -oh! the freshness! Just perfect! Have to grow it on my windowsill though.
