🙂 The area around the top of the Bruce Road was rich with the most beautiful mosses other beautiful plants. I spent ages wandering around enjoying the abundance of beauty.
🙂 It’s a landscape I’m quite unfamiliar with, but I so enjoyed spending time wandering amongst the rocks, really looking at the huge diversity of plants that were growing.
Good to see alpine flora.

I love the contrast between the flowers and foliage.

Thanks Sarah. The whole area was full of lovely little plants that I didn’t recognise, but which formed the prettiest micro landscape.

🙂 What a great idea. I love the idea of designing textiles around alpine plant forms.

Thank you Susan. I guess because it was an alpine landscape, and everything was so small, it did seem very tactile. 🙂

Exquisite alpine flowers. Very beautifully staged by your sharp eye.

I had never walked in that sort of landscape before and it was so magical. Everything is tiny and focused my attention on really looking! 🙂
