Both Elsie at Ramblings of a Writer, and Lucile at Sights and Insights invited me to join this challenge. The rules are simple:
“Seven days. Seven black and white photos of your life. No people. No explanation. Challenge someone new each day.”
I’m issuing an open invitation to anyone who’d like to take part in this challenge.
Haunting.

That looks depressing in B&W, probably more so than in color. Good job, Su.

Thanks Janet. I’m always sad to see Art Deco buildings being demolished. There was another (a house) on the same street as the apartment we were staying in, which had wonderful curved windows. It’s gone now too 😦

It works well in B&W. There’s a story there.

Thanks Leslie. I was so sad to see this building being demolished. That part of Melbourne had some lovely Art Deco buildings and so many of them are being torn down to make way for modern apartments 😦

They are throwing away your history.

The monochrome fits well the possibility of a dramatic story to explain the demolition. Great shot.
