Falling asleep to the sound of the waves…one of my favorite things! I am falling asleep with the sound of the fan blowing on me. My sick daughter-in-law is so cold all the time that the house is 80 F or more. But, I would never complain as she is going through a lot.

I have a shell collection and I think I have one of those. Sandy beaches and rolling waves on the beach are heaven to me.

As am I. We also just left the beach after Thanksgiving weekend on Cape Cod. Last thing we did was go look at the ocean one more time.

It’s hypnotic. We live close to the sea, but hardly ever visit local beaches because they are just so crowded and often polluted.

Me too. That’s pretty much what we did for a few days. It was lovely falling asleep at night with the sound of waves breaking.
