When you wake up each morning, you can choose to be happy or choose to be sad. Unless some terrible catastrophe has occurred the night before, it is pretty much up to you. Tomorrow morning, when the sun shines through your window, choose to make it a happy day. Lynda Resnick.

I saw a sign somewhere on social media that said ‘It’s like winter is really mad and keeps storming out of the room and then coming back yelling “And another thing”‘
It made me think of you.
I think the whole world is a bit mis-aligned; it’s still humid here. 😦

  2. I don’t ever choose to have a sad day but despite a determination to be positive there are days which simply push one’s nose into the dirt and there’s isn’t a lot one can do about it. Lovely photo.

  3. Yes yes yes! Here’s to many happy awakenings!

P/S Such an interestingly composed capture, Su! I am in awe of how you’ve managed to capture the sunrise on the wall! And such a charming bedroom; mine is certainly never this immaculate and tasteful!
