I can’t work up the enthusiasm for a Christmas tree, but I have put some decorations on a platter with tinsel and little lights. It makes a pretty table decoration.
How sad – I donโt mind decorating the tree, LOVE IT. BUT….. taking it all off after all the festive days, THAT is a tad tiresome! And putting it all carefully away never to be found a year later…. ๐
I used to enjoy the decorating too when my son was younger and we all did it together. These days, my whole approach to Christmas has changed โ got much simpler.

I am sure it is every bit as beautiful as a decorated tree. I may follow your example.

Itโs certainly less intrusive and doesnโt require daily cleaning up of pine needles ๐

Thanks Sebby; also means I donโt have to get rid of sodding big pine tree afterwards. ๐
