My home for the next couple of days has a patio, complete with rock garden.
Succulents often have very sculptural forms, and the little water droplets just seem to add to the artistry of a fairly commonplace plant.

An old fashioned type of plant. Not one that I ever planted. Though I can appreciate their sculptural form and colour.

Chicks and Hens…or something like that. I always loved the name. We used to have them in our gardens when I was younger. Such a gorgeous shot.

Me too. We actually spent part of yesterday re-organising part of our garden so we could plant some succulents — inspired by the little patio garden in my motel last week 😀
