It was a very long drive home yesterday , and I’ve still to download most of my photos. But agapanthus are everywhere at the moment, so this shot could represent any roadside, park, or garden I’ve seen over the last few days.

I was just reading about the horrendous weather affecting Canada and the US. I can’t imagine such conditions. Thinking of you and hoping you are warm and safe.

We are warm and safe Su. It’s suppose to moderate this weekend. It’s already -13’C. and that’s a darned site better than -20’C.

So nice to see flowers that make me think of warm weather. As you know, it’s been quite frigid here, but tomorrow we’re looking at balmy temperatures in the mid-twenties (Fahrenheit, of course.) Ahhh, it will be lovely. 🙂

No, seriously, you are probably one of the very few who can magic a smile on those poor cold people’s face! Thank You for that; and yes, agapanthus are always a crowd pleaser… Plus, they only grow where THEY want…. Which says something about them too, doesn’t it?! They make for such lovely dreamy shots

I agree with you about agapanthus. We’re supposed to reject them as invasive — but they are so damn pretty.

Su, it’s single digits this morning, but the temps will jump upward 20 degrees in next few days. Thanks for the uplift with a flower that reminds me of summer gardening.
