π Am I becoming the WP de facto herbalist?
I have been trying to test the effectiveness of turmeric by not using it for the last couple of weeks. Iβm definitely noticing more pain in my knee. I know itβs not very scientific, but I do like to at least try to be rational and empirical.
English IS weird. But apparently itβs nothing to do with nights of hot sex, and everything to do with the fact that the plant is of the genus Passiflora. Blame those ancient Romans.
hee hee! could spoil some people’s plans π

Need to give the OH some then, he’s struggling with sleeping at the moment.

βΉοΈ I was going to ask if it might be SAD, but thatβs usually characterised by excessive sleeping. Hope he feels better soon.

I’m the one who suffers from SAD, I think he is still getting over the trauma of his mother dying.

Ha, ha, definitely ironic! Those slimy/slick “pods” look like the things you should avoid if in a space movie!! π

Irony indeed, Su! Passion and sleep rarely go together. Haha!

I must remember that! Iβm still putting turmeric in everything (well, not quite) to aid Johnβs knee. I think it was you who mentioned that too.

Irony upon irony – too much passion also induces sleep. π
