    • I won’t tell you how good it tasted then. Or mention the main course I had first.
I think this weekend I may have undone all the good work of going to the gym. But it was the Big T’s birthday and we did go away for the night to a place that is pretty much food and wine heaven. πŸ™‚

      • You actually don’t need to tell me – I can see it! πŸ˜‚
I started drinking my coffee without sugar now which is surprisingly not as bad as I was anticipating. A couple of years ago I could literally eat and drink anything I liked without it having an effect to my weight, but sadly these days seem to have gone… I try to tell myself that a real coffee connoisseur would never dare drink his or her coffee other as black anyway, and what a coincidence that I’m planning on becoming one myself. πŸ˜‰ LOL!

  1. Oh, stoppit! What with you and Jo showing tempting treats I shall never lose the weight I need to! Puddings are out of the question for us for a while, but I must say this does look delicious.
