It was really easy recipe; though the quantities were a bit odd and we ended up with only seven muffins 🤨 I’m try it again though — with my experimental hat on 🤣

They are actually pretty good. It was a new recipe, and very easy. The biggest job was getting the walnuts open. 😀

It was a very easy recipe, though the quantities were a bit strange. I will probably try it again but with some modifications. I love cooking/baking with what’s in season, and I’m guessing you Re going to have lots of lovely produce soon.
