I know I say this all the time, but I am always tickled by the fact that our seasons are moving in opposite directions, you from warm to cold (or cool, I suppose), me from cold to warm (and hot eventually). Our trees are filling in with green after a long winter of bare branches.
I think it’s cool too. I particularly love seeing snowy shots when I’m melting in an Auckland summer. Though I get that cold and snow are a lot less fun when you have to live with them.
And in my part of the world autumn is gone and have seen the trees shed all the leaves and the new ones have started to come in.
Enjoy the sky. Beautiful pics
Lovely. I know you must be enjoying all the new growth and warmer weather. It’s still ridiculously warm here — my poor fig tree is sending up new buds everywhere and the herb garden has gone mental. Guess we really needed the rain!!
Oh yes, I almost forgot. You are heading into the fall season. Great photo, Su!

Thanks Peter. Autumn seems well-established here, though it is still very warm.

I do the same thing. Even though I know why it’s that way, it’s always seems amazing. Lovely quote, too, Su.

You are right of course we see more sky now. Funny how the obvious isn’t apparent until someone points it out 🙂 Love Autumn leaves!
