Looks quite crowded.😉 But very peaceful nonetheless. I’ve never fished anything but for compliments. 😉 And this not very often I admit. But I think I would love learning how to catchy own dinner. And yes, I would also tackle the task of gutting and scaling it. 😊 Obviously I’m no vegan. 😉

It was quite crowded — there were more fishermen out of shot.
I have fished, though not for trout, and I’ve been spared the gutting since I’ve never caught anything. 😂😂. It can be relaxing (or boring if you’re not in the right mood). I was tempted to hire some gear and have a try tomorrow, but I don’t think I’ll have enough time before I need to be on the road for home.

I think fishing can be a nice excuse for actually not doing anything and enjoying a pleasant afternoon with the pretext that you’re busy organizing dinner. 😉 I think that would suit me just fine! 😀 (Although I guess, I wouldn’t mind really catching a fish or two, I can be quite ambitious that way sometimes.)

yep, we had 3digit F-temps all of the last week and thankfully some much, much needed rain last night. Temp fell by a great deal too – I’m hoping to survive, now!

Do you think they intentionally space themselves so evenly or it just happens?

I guess it avoids lines getting tangled, and maybe increases the chances of catching a fish.

You are right–they are! My husband mostly saltwater fishes–for that he uses rod and reel. I am entranced by fly lures,though. I think they’re beautiful. Much to pretty to fish with! 🙂

Yes: apparently the fishing is still very good. I’ve eaten trout from here — just not caught it myself. 😀

Hehe. I love very fresh fish, and am very happy to spend time to get it. Sadly I’m rubbish at fishing, and am better off spending my time baking goodies to thank the fisher-folk I know who are more successful.
