No need for extra words. This is one side of a board seen in downtown New Plymouth. In a country with appalling rates of youth suicide, anything that supports and encourages better mental health is very welcome.

Sounds good and how sad that they have high rates of youth suicide – so sad – and so many folks are hurting around the world and it is good to see messages that speak life and can lift us up!

I agree. I’m sure I’ve also seen a wall where people can come and write their own messages around mental health. I just can’t remember where 🤔
