aaawh – my eyes are jumping off into that photo – I can taste a plum tart, the favourite sweet tart of my father, one of my faves too! The juice is just ejecting into my mouth the moment the teeth bite into it – such bliss! Enjoy.

Thatβs a good idea. I poached some in cardamom syrup last year and froze them. Very yummy.
