Brilliant sunshine today but very, very cold, so you might prefer to stay with your weather. It’s 12F but with wind feels like 1 above zero. Still, it’s winter in the Midwest and I’m good with that. 🙂

No rain for us ☹️ it looks like the South Island will get another drenching while we keep desiccating.

Maybe Uesi will get to you. House market over here very strong. The house across the road went on the market with an open home on Saturday. The sold sign went up on Tuesday…

They’re forecasting that it will move across the South Island, and maybe through Wellington and the Wairarapa, but we can hope.
Market been flat in Auckland, but picking up apparently.
