Thanks Brian. WP turned off comments on that post. It’s the second time that’s happened to me on a post written on my iPad. I’ve turned them back on, but it is frustrating.

I did a post on my phone on the weekend and comments were turned off. I will have to check the options before I post from my phone next time.

I said that the last time it happened with the iPad, then promptly forgot. But I’ve done other iPad post in the interim that we’re fine. 🤨

We’re all doing an anti-rain dance! I know in six months time we’ll probably be moaning about the heat (if only!) but that’s what we Brits do best.

Glad to read that your prayers were answered. 🙂 I got my wish for snow, so glad you got yours for rain. Most of snow is gone although there’s evidently some in the forecast for Monday-Wednesday of next week. But we have sunshine today, which unfortunately means it’s colder, but as we’re inside and getting ready to watch today’s two Six Nations games shortly, is fine.

It’s looking a little blustery there Su. We are having a glorious day here. The sun is out and the snow is melting. It’s 2’C so hopefully the brunt of winter is past.

All great shots, Su! And hooray that the rain dance worked!! I vividly remember having done an anti-rain dance when I was about 7 years old for over 2 hours – it worked! 😄

☹️ I know it’s grim, because even my generally weather-impervious brother is getting fed up. Hopefully no floods your way?

Some of the roads are difficult but our house is on a ridge so we are not directly affected. The biggest worry this weekend was in nearby Morecambe due to a combination of high winds and a 9 metre tide.

Half an hour or more of thunderstorms followed by a short shower! Luckily it didn’t occur while I was out biking 🙂 Got a small amount of rain yesterday. Looking forward to good rainy day inside.

No thunderstorms here, but heavy rain for most of Saturday. And a lovely (if brief) downpour as we were driving back from Raglan yesterday.
