Nothing tastes better than home grown organic food. A period of waiting well worth the ‘wait’…. Have a good time and think of those who are in the houses, hidden away from the weather of winter time. Albeit not forgetting that your droughts are not exactly what you’d have chosen either!

Thank you. I keep hoping the drought will force people to think about more sustainable water use practices, but I’m not holding my breath.

They look really healthy plants Su. Home grown have a flavour you don’t get in shop bought ones.

Ahhhh – the joys of a fresh picked tomato. I think of cherry tomatoes like little candy bombs. So many of mine rarely even make it into the house 🙂

Ooh, yes please! My stepdad used to love his greenhouse but I’ve never mastered the art of growing anything properly (or improperly 😦 )
