Stunning photo, Su. We had a magnolia tree when I was growing up. It was my mother’s second favourite (after the jacaranda in the backyard). It was glorious when it came into bloom.
Thanks Heather 🙂 I love the flowers, but am less crazy about the slushy mess of leaves and petals left behind. Probably fantastic for the soil though. In my perfect garden I’d have lots of rhododendron and camellia. Actually I’d have a little tea plantation. 🙂
Lovely, Su!

Su do you take those pictures yourself? Or do you have someone who do that for you.

I take all my photos except for a few by my son, which have his name on the credit. I love photography and am trying to improve my skills.
