Very sparkly. This is one image that has to be enlarged to appreciate the fineness of the hairs. I never knew this about a magnolia leaf. I know the sepal / receptacle part can be quite hairy. Next spring I shall try and remember to do a close up of the leaf. You may need to give me a nudge though!
