This is marvelous, Su! We have a bee hotel in Oakland’s botanical gardens across the street. I should probably follow your lead and post the photo. It’s called AirbeeNbee.

WOW this looks absolutely HUGE. I’ve bought one a year or so ago and I hung it into a tree. The weather has already damaged it somewhat but I live in hope. But THIS looks like a WORLD for the bugs & insects. It sure is a great HOME!

Wow! I just realized I grew up with a bug hotel in my parent’s 100 year old farmhouse. We just called it “the basement”. 🙂

I bought a very small version of this a year ago called a Native Bee Hotel – no bees as yet just spiders and wasps 😰

I was wondering about that! The ads for bug hotels always talk about “beneficial” insects, as though there is some sort of door policy on them.
