  1. Wild carrot or Queen Anne’s Lace (US) I believe. I didn’t realise you had it too. Love the composition!
    (It is so called because the flower resembles lace; the red flower in the centre is thought to represent a blood droplet where Queen Anne pricked herself with a needle when she was making the lace.)

      Thank you for confirming the name. I thought I’d heard it was called Queen Anne’s Lace (although I didn’t know it was wild carrot), but I wasn’t sure enough to tag it. I love how plants get their common names. I get the lace part, but hadn’t even thought about the red flower. πŸ™‚
