Hehe. It’s not photo-shopped. Not even edited. The black & white photo was huge (like billboard-size), and mounted on a wall. The people in front are literally just people in front of the photo, milling around. My photoshop skills are virtually non-existent 🙂

Thanks. The council kindly had a whole bunch of old photos turned into billboards. People walking in front of them made for a cool series of photos. 🙂

My first thought was also that of Marilyn (Photoshop) except I don’t like Photoshop so I wouldn’t have said nice 🙂
